SeeClickFix Blog #3

  1. What are the different statuses on the posters, and what do each of them mean?

The difference between the posters is that there used to be more open issues on the 13th, but on the 27th there are way more on the acknowledge side that the open, and there are some in the closed side as well. This means SeeClickFix actually does help and listens to us for a way better community.

2. Describe what you did (or what you were supposed to do) to find out if the issue you submitted to SeeClickFix was fixed.

You were supposed to go on the SeeClickFix website, sign in into your account, click on the person icon on the top right corner, click on my “my content”, find the name of the issue you reported, then your your status.

3. What changes do you notice from the April 13th posters to the April 27th posters?

A change I found was that there more acknowledge issues on the 27th than on the 13th. Another change I found was that on the 27th there was now a closed side and there was a decent amount of issues on there.

4. Do you think there are any types of issues SeeClickFix is better at getting fixed than others?  Why do you think that?

5. If an issue someone reported did not get fixed, what is something they might try next?

6. Do you think people who report issues to SeeClickFix are able to gain agency?  Explain your answer.
